Owner Bio

Ms. Gaydos has 20 years of corporate accounting and management experience specializing in the government contracting industry.  Her experience is specialized in financial compliance solutions for government contractors and assisting clients in the use of Unanet, Deltek CostPoint, GCS Premier, PROCAS, and QuickBooks software. 

She is a hands-on manager that has served in financial management positions with several regional federal contractors, has extensive experience in the management of all accounting and finance functions and has comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the complexities of accounting for this unique market.  Experience includes set-up, direction, and management of accounting departments for government contracting firms with revenues from $1 million to $50 million annually. 

Proven record of developing and implementing financial policies, procedures and controls that have improved department efficiency, and increased data reliability.  Hands-on manager with expertise in month and year-end closings that includes the generation of financial statements, development of new cost structures, and interaction with external, DCAA and other agency auditors.  Have significant experience in financial and strategic business planning, preparation of complete DCAA cost submissions, and financial schedules for annual accounting review by outside CPA firm.
